1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing luminauthority.com, requesting a quote, booking a service, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
LUMIN provides residential and commercial pressure washing, soft washing, exterior surface cleaning, and LUMIN Auto Spa vehicle detailing. Service descriptions, pricing, and add-ons shown on the site are estimates; a final price is confirmed by a Lumineer at the visit.
3. Quotes, bookings & deposits
- Online quotes are non-binding estimates valid for 30 days.
- Booked appointments may require a deposit. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
- Reschedules made 24+ hours before the appointment are free. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
4. Free car wash promotion
A complimentary exterior car wash is added to qualifying home-service bookings. The promo is limited to one (1) vehicle per booking, applies only when at least one paid home service is purchased, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with standalone Auto Spa bookings or other car-wash discounts.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate property details, water/electrical access, and clear the work area.
- Secure pets, vehicles, and fragile items before crews arrive.
- Disclose damaged surfaces, loose siding, broken windows, or sensitive landscaping.
6. Satisfaction & refunds
See our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with a completed area, notify us within 72 hours and we'll re-clean it at no charge.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge and any agreed recurring subscription. Failed payments may pause active service plans.
8. Referral program
Referral credits are issued after the referred customer's first paid job is completed and paid in full. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. LUMIN reserves the right to revoke credits earned through fraud or abuse.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMIN's total liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. LUMIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Contracts & e-signatures
Final-quote contracts sent through the customer portal are signed electronically and are legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA statutes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
