72-hour re-clean
If you're not happy with any area we cleaned, contact us within 72 hours of the appointment and a Lumineer will return to re-clean that area at no extra charge.
What's covered
- Missed spots or streaks on cleaned surfaces.
- Areas listed on your invoice that weren't fully treated.
- Visible residue from our cleaning products.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by pre-existing surface issues (loose paint, rotted wood, cracked siding).
- Stains and oxidation that cannot be removed by pressure washing.
- New dirt, mildew, or organic growth that appears after the appointment.
How to claim
Email a photo of the spot to luminauthority@gmail.comor open a service ticket in your customer portal. We'll respond within 1 business day and schedule the re-clean.
